(I think the judge is more than just tired....I think he flat-out feels bad!)

It would be a time saver IF the judge would re-pool the prospective jurors and ask if there is ANYthing that would now stand in their way of serving as an impartial juror. And if anyone raises their hands, call them in straight up and eliminate them, asap, if there is due cause.

Shouldn't this have been done in the 1st round (the hardship round)?

there were a number who expressed hardship that were challenged by both the state and dt, so these guys are some of the folks I have noted as "on hold"
