PJ stepping outside. JB moves to excuse the juror for cause on 3 different areas. One death penalty area about age and mercy. She had issue with the presumption of innocence.

OMG I missed a screen cap of JAs face when JB said they wanted to strike her for cause. Totally "WTF"???

DT is stretching to get rid of this one. Will CJBP allow it?

JB: you can judge on evidence or on lack of evidence...because there is a doubt and it is reasonable a conflict in the evidence...is another the judge will instruct you on. Then there is conflict and you accept both testimonys and you can render not guilty because there was a conflict. (its what Jose is praying FOR, IMHO)

JB: you won't get the instructions to the end, are there any reseverations on the instructions the judge will give you that you are not sure about?

I really hope for her sake and ours that JB doesn't plan on talking much in this trial. Ugh! I would not want this man as my defense attorney. I had taken a long break after Caylee was found (before I had a nervous breakdown) and forgot just how difficult it is for him to get out a coherent, grammatically correct sentence.
