I don't remember the state using one. They tried to use one, but were not allowed due to the race argument. Was there another one? If so can you describe the PJ and the reason?

Late last night I saw a thread that said "Trial To Start Thursday" but now it's gone..All media is now reporting "NO SET DATE" due to being behind schedule..It seems what was reported ("Thursday") was wrong.

I believe it is not that it is wrong amysmom - it just isn't right if that makes sense. Also, HHJP said he will leave one day in between finishing the jury selection and beginning opening statements. Thursday was a guesstimate on the part of that news report.

In Sessions is reporting very accurately they believe the DT striked this juror due to the age of her youngest child 2 1/2.

they're wrong that was the one (1268) who had surgery - HHJP struck her for cause at the beginning - this was 3119

They used it to get rid of the young actor that had twittered in 2010 his dislike for the police. If I remember correctly....(there were quite a few shots done on saturday...)
