Baez and the smug look on his face really annoys me.

More "writing" in circles!

She sounds credible and willing ,but I'm paranoid about anyone who sounds TOO willing. She does not,IMO.

ITA, Miss James! Her answers make common sense. Not like she is trying to minimize anything - just lay it all out.

She has seen coverage, but has not followed the case. JB asking her what stands out to her. She is saying the missing child aspect stands out the most. She remembers the body being found in a wooded area, who discovered the body. JB asking her who discovered the body. She thinks a cable worker or power person.

Baez asked what stands out in the TV coverage as the most memberable coverage. She said that the missing child aspect is what stands out. He ask if she saw coverage of the investigation and she said that looking for the body. He asked if she knows who discovered the body. she said a cable worker or power worker.

Baez. is it accurate u have seen some coverage but not followed. yes that is correct
what is the most memoreable aspect of what u have seen... just the missing child
remembers seeing accounts about the discovery and relation as to how long.
who discovered body?....either a cable person or power person some kind of worker. Dont know why he wouldve been in wooded area.

Would that be the one lady from last week that "can't judge" people that SA wanted to strike but the judge didn't allow?

Was she sworn?

This juror has used Caylee's name quite a bit, which is refreshing!

I don't see RB again today?

I think she knows more than what she is saying??

Me too. I don't know much, but goes into detail about a cable worker/power person discovering the body in a wooded area. She's not sure why he would be in a wooded area.

I think she knows as much as we do :)

MOO

Investagation Discovery ran the story again last night on this.

I thought that was odd since the trial is so close.

i wouldn't want this one on the jury panel if I were Baez, honestly, she seems a bit biased, moo

  • #94
Woo-Wee. She doesn't know why he (Kronk) would be in a wooded area. Bet Baez wants her bad! This plays right into the DT theory.

  • #95
she doesn't know how to answer the question?oops

  • #96
baez is talking in circles right now trying to confuse juror it seems imo

Baez wants to know if juror knows that casey is innocent juror says idont know for like the millionth time

I really think her clothes fiddling is down to unfamiliarity with anything but jail issue. btw for curiosity, what do inmates sleep in? do they have to sleep in the same thing they have to wake in?

I used to work in a jail.

Inmates wore a jail uniform. When they came down to go to court they were given their court clothes and then taken to court by sheriffs. When they returned they had to change back into their jail uniform.

JB is annoying "I know she is innocent." That can't be asked that way.
