A nurse.....nice to have her on board if she makes it...

Opinion or philosophy on the DP...not against the DP, I don't have any wrong feelings either way...I guess I feel that there are some instances are appropriate and others not??

Oh gawd, now we are going to hear from AF because she said that about the death penalty.

Asking about strong feelings for or against the death penalty. No strong feelings any way,no strong religious beliefs regarding the death penalty.

I agree..... ***sigh***

Is there any chance this juror can still be struck? She is the one that worries me the most (right now).

She doesn't worry me at all. I like her. :)

cart before horse speech rightnow.

HHJP explains things in such a manner that a 10 year old could sit as a juror.

Why is JB acting so thick-headed about every-thing?

The lady that "guessed" she could find KC not guilty (even though JB keeps calling KC innocent, she's not innocent by any means): Why, IN THE REAL WORLD, would any person who sees a news story in which the police have reported that a child is murdered and her mother is a suspect presume that the mother is "innocent"?
Let's be honest, when police have a suspect in ANY case our unchecked feeling is going to go with the police/news report, until we hear more. This lady said she never really heard more...When police release a photo of a suspect and ask the public to call with info, I know I tend to think that person is the one that did it and they are looking for him due to that.
Now, when it comes time to be a juror, yes, we can put things aside and presume non-guilt. But to deny that it's human nature to presume, out of the gate, that the media and police are onto the right person would be really pious, IMO.

I like that Insession has added caylees picture, with the tag "victim" to the bottom of their screen.

I don't think so. :( I am hoping she will be an alternate. I know AZ is under the impression the first 12 are jurors and the following are alternates, BUT at one time a few weeks ago I distinctly recall HHJP saying there will be 20 chosen and no one will know who the alternates are until deliberations. Now, if he has changed his mind, I'm not sure. I don't believe that has been disclosed yet. So I am still keeping my fingers crossed.

btw....The way that is often done, is all 20 jurors' names are drawn from a "hat" and the first 12 drawn are the jury, the rest are alternates drawn in order. Not sure if that would apply here, just throwing it out there as a possibility that I am familiar with.

Expalining mitigating and aggravating factors.

Question??? does this mean that AF will still have us begging her for mercy as she repeats this all again in 3....2....

I like that too, Poor Caylee should be everyone's reason for being here.

I will stick to posting pictures on anything interesting that may be going on in the court room.
