IKWYM, Beach...I too would rather have more than less so that this DT has no appeal issues...that could be overturned...His Honor has an impeccable record in that department...only 1 case had been 'partially' overturned on appeal....great record....JMHO

The risk is not so much being overturned - the BIG risk is jurors being dismissed during trial and if we ran out - it would result in a mistrial.

ICA, her tells are so obvious, when this pj just said an adult's age shouldnt be considered, she juts out her jaw and narrows her eyes, does it for every pj who says something she doesnt like. and I think this is SO TELLING because she does it when they say they wont excuse her, think she is guilty, etc.
