HHJP: told them before they questioned this juror: I have a LONG memory. I hope he gives a smack down.

JB: (voice of reason) to say that age is relevant...jurors are confused when asked about age, this juror did say being a youth would be considered...I think the juror has clearly shown she will follow the law. it is clear she comes with no assumptions. she says that she will presume her innocent. Mr. baez wants to say she didn't...I believe there is not doubt that she will hold the state to its burden.

JB: rebuttal?

HHJP: no rebuttal. ( :blowkiss: )

HHJP: dealing with presumption of innocent, the question is posed to make a dertmination whether or not ICA is innocent and that is how it was interpreted. yes we did instruct them but it has been a week. that is why I reinstructed her. I asked her if she had formed any opinions due to media, she said she had no opinions because she did not know enough about anything. It will be denied, does the defense what to challenge?

JB: yes we want to enter a challenge.

HHJP: okay. she is excused and tell her to enjoy her vacation with her family. ( I don't know if that means excused: like not on the jury? )

Late last night I saw a thread that said "Trial To Start Thursday" but now it's gone..All media is now reporting "NO SET DATE" due to being behind schedule..It seems what was reported ("Thursday") was wrong.
