Looks like JB is doing a lot of talking up at sidebar - AND with HHJP's expression (chin on hand) before speaking - that HHJP had to give another lesson on "lawyering" to JB. Hadn't seen a Bailiff at sidebar before, though, so.......

Maybe it's about ICA's behavior in the courtroom, during breaks, in and out of court.

That's alright, KC and her "dream team" can make all the strikes they want. There will be a jury chosen and that jury will see the truth!!!

Only when the issue is about court room management or about the way the defendant is being handled.
