There it is - pj just said "I think I could hear both sides of the case and SEE WHAT I MISSED" - rut ro - how could he know IF he MISSED anything if he hasn't been following

  • #722
did JB just say "perfect" to JP's answer to deliberation and trusting his own judgement?

  • #723
Why did the state take so much time with this PJ??

Right?! The SA questioning was so bizarre. Mr George was not acting like his normal self. I was certain he had something ready to go there. Then nada! Very strange!

  • #724
Baez: "There's no right or wrong answer." After PoJ answers, Baez says, "Perfect." Ugggg...

  • #725
Baez tries TOO HARD to be over-friendly...it's sickeningly sweet!

  • #726
Why does JB keep repeating that the DT does not have to prove anything. I also think it very strange that AF did not ask this PT any questions or give her long drawn out questions.

and would you hold it against her if she doesn't testify....seems like they might not put on a defense....

This process is so nerve racking to me....I'll check back later...I need a break before OPENING STATEMENTS.....oh waiting so long for this...

Later all..:seeya:

:woohoo: We now have 13 potential jurors!

  • #728
Yippee!!!!!

  • #729
No strikes...what was up with the state??

  • #730
Make the DT use another strike please

  • #731
no cause from state
baez takes his time

  • #732
And we have 13 - #1025 is in

  • #733
Seems to me, once again, JB is making this all about him. This is how his questioning sounds to me. I believe the purpose is to find out about the juror, not to listen to your own voice....

Q: blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah?

A: Yes

Q: blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah
blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah?

A: No

My DH doesn't follow it as closely as I do but he does know the basics, and he has watched Nancy at times, but I have no one else to discuss it with in RL.I once tried to explain this case to 2 co-workers(I know they think I'm nuts to be so interested in this),one of them right away said that it was obvious that KC must have mental problems and needed help ,not jail time. That frustrated me and scared me,hoping that we don't get a juror who falls for that!

I've learned that the best way to get my boyfriend out of the room is to turn NG on. His friends to:floorlaugh:
