This juror is a white guy, maybe 46 salt and pepper hair. Goatee. Sounds like a low-talker from Seinfeld. #caseyanthony

Okay, so before he never heard of it, but now "it was on the news every day."

Kill me now.

Options trading??!!! seriously???

I hope the SA exercises their option to get rid of him- if the DT doesn't.
He has already stated he has formed an opinion from watching the news every day and thinks she was involved...
He is either mentally dull or on something. He sounds stoned...

  • #1,633
LOL, the case has been in the news too long.. :floorlaugh:

  • #1,634
I'm thinking that he is very intimidated for whatever reasons. Nervous and therefore, some difficulty expressing himself today.

PJ: "It's not a pleasant story." (to JB)

  • #1,635
JB: "how long was it in the news every day in your market?"

PJ: "too long."

  • #1,636
JB asks, "How often have you been exposed to stories on this case?"

Pot Juror says the news was on everyday.

4-5 times a day up to five months

Ah - now wait a minute - he had back surgery last fall. So he could have legit meds - and if he was at home and took his meds and then decided to have a glass of wine or a beer with lunch - that could explain a lot of it.

Or maybe he was napping when they called him and he's still trying to wake up.

  • #1,638
he's bucking for an excusal (if that's a word)

  • #1,639
This juror doesn't sound like he wants to be a juror.
