Bless his heart. What is he going to tell the 11 people sitting out there waiting. They are human beings. That does it, I don't think he can get any higher in my book.

I will tell you who they will blame...and that is the DT, their own experience when they were questioned tells them who was holding things up and that was the DT not the State!

She is a nice perosn and proberly a good christian woman, but I don't feel she would be good on the jury.

I just had a feeling that was what she meant. She reminds me of the people who write her letters to try and save her.

CM is quite experienced with DP cases. I am sure he is advising JB on how to handle this.

Whether CM is advising JB or not doesn't change that as soon as they picked the 12th juror, JB once again backstruck someone just as I thought he would.

If they are trying to delay the trial, this is probably a good way to do it, but IMO, it's not going to delay it for very long. They will run out of strikes eventually, and then they will be stuck with the jury they have left.
