Makes me wonder if he has witnessed some of his Coast Guard peeps in an LE capacity doing things that he didn't think were completely kosher, but doesn't want to say that out loud with the cameras rolling.


Honestly, if you knew one of these people even tangentially it wouldn't be that hard to figure out who they were.
