He's got me bamboozled. I think he might be good for the defense (distrusting LE and all), but not good for the state. Yet, the DT didn't really question him. Either way, I think he's a gone.

JB tried to exercise a peremptory. HHJP said "Let's take car of this first." He's got 12 Jurors, and he wants to swear them. Says there's plenty of time for peremptories.
