Good Morning everyone!! :seeya::coffeews: Just logged on for the day, and saw that DT tried to move trial. Being half awake, and listening to JP talk, I at first thought he was going to grant it. Had a freak out for a moment. LOL!

Interesting since I was just reading something last night (post or media story?) about the defense choice of pastels and the advice that they dress KC in black instead to give an appearance of remorse...

It's a black shirt, quite low cut and she's got brown pants on, I think. I don't think we're going to see her in black again, not like this, it's not a good look.

Per twitter this is an AA male in his 30's

Why did he ask if he recalled how she was dressed?

I don't recall that question from HHJP before... hmmm

this is the guy that is medical and has a possible hardship iirc (west just said he works at bay health)

HHJP: do you recall how she (ICA) was dressed?

Very interesting...

What does AA mean please? It can't mean the obvious as drinking I am thinking.

I thought he said grits, too :crazy:

the words got tangled in HHJPs southern patois and sounded like grits - but the expression was on target

Oh - have seen a couple of shots of ICA in black today - not sure this is working for her.

AA=African American

Ohhh, ICA looks pissy now, probably because the motion was denied. All that good cheer yesterday made me ill.

African American. It took me a while to get that, too. :)

Abbreviation for African American - shorthand when describing potential jurors

HA HA! I could have sworn he said "Grits for a grits meal." It made me hungry. I love grits!
