Jim L on twitter says "best dressed" award to this juror. Wearing a suit and tie. Dreads tied back (think Eddie Murphy with dreads).

Because he is AA it would be difficult for the SA to object him as a juror?

Shot of ICA - doing an unusual thing with her eyes - blink look up the PJ, look down the PJ, blink, repeat, repeat, repeat....odd...

I'm telling you, she's annoyed about that denied motion.

I don't find it hinky, odd, strange (or whatever adjective one wants to use) that this pj knows Caylee's name. JP said Caylee's name several times when he read ICA's indictment to the pj's.

Thanks for the reminder. I guess that will also explain his knowing "KC" and "death of her child". :)

In all my 53 years I've learned to listen to my gut and my gut tells me this guy has been coached or he watched prior PJ being question.

I like the dude and love his voice :heartluv: but I also think his answers are too pat and he had a snide tone with the state which set off red flags for me.

I like this guy... I don't think he is hinky

moo

Me too - he sounds like he has been struggling - didn't have gas yesterday - but made the effort to get money for gas and arrive in court in a suit - he sounds very respective - genuine.

huh so most people really do equate "any post on the net" to "blogging"? cause as I dont use a blog I would never have answered in the affirmative!

OK so about this blogging, what is blogging?

He seems like a good juror, he has some knowledge but not enough to sway him one way or the other. I think he would be fair and base his decision on the law and the evidence alone.

It's going to be difficult for both sides based on past arguments - there is a good chance this guy will get on - if nothing major comes up.

I think this guy is a keeper

Good morning. This juror has such a nice voice. :)

His answers, tone with the SA, and his wishy-washy thoughts on the DP, scream for the SA to strike this guy. Question is, though, is it a Baston case, and will the judge allow it?

If he stays on, this will make 2 people who could hang this jury. Don't like where this is heading.

why not???

He sounds smarter that JB to me. He doesn't have a great job now, but he may be down on his luck like millions of people out of work today. Maybe he has several suits.

I think the state will want to strike this juror but may be afraid of losing their strike to a Batson challenge.

  • #336
is that RB sitting there with a make over?

  • #337
who is the other long haired girl at the defense table? You know her purpose? I think she is there for the DT to ask the PJ to point out who the Defendant is...this goes to Desdemona telling ICA not to write.

  • #338
Wow, he really does not like the prosecution! I don't think I like him now. He is really defensive with them! Just strike him to be cautious!

  • #339
"Why not?" hmmmmmmmmmmmm......that kinda swayed me to say strike him.

  • #340
LOL ...why not?

I think this guy might be a Rastafarian! Classic answer to being asked why... :)
