ICA may be enjoying her field trip and the attention, but it will come to an end, just like it did for people like Scott Peterson and Susan Smith. She will be put away and largely forgotten.

We don't know yet he is waiting as are we to hear.

If they accept this juror, the Judge will bring in the other 11 and swear them in. However, the Defense might use their last strike, or perhaps the State using one of their strikes. It's just not over yet!

I'm so :waitasec: right now cos I thought this process is not going forward now..IOW! JP is gonna allow the next 15 (or how many they get thru by tomorrow night) & then let them them use the last of their strikes.

Isn't there some law to keep the DT from dragging this out forever? This is beyond fairness, it's gone into absurdity!

I was thinking the exact same thing................after seeing how this is being played out there has to be restrictions put in place for all concerned. Like JP said to JB, with the way JB is thinking this could just go on and on and on...there has got to be limits put into place....
I am all far a fair trial but this goes way beyong the scope, imo!

I know it's not going to happen because this is our justice system but I needed to vent my true feelings before I have a nervous breakdown........

The DT filed a motion about the jury selection process. They don't like that they have to "go fishing in the dark". It was :denied:

I foresee a motion with JBP being accused of thwarting Casey and the DT.
