I disagree. Just because of the job she does - doesn't necessarily mean she "works" with them. An IT person for example working in a hospital, doesn't mean they necessarily "work" with doctors or nurses.

Exactly. My husband works in IT for the same state agency I do, but he doesn't work with the counselors and techs in the field everyday. I don't think her job should count against her if she doesn't actually work with LE or the courts.

ETA: YES!!!! She's IN for now cause the DT is too wimpy to use their last strike! WAHOO!!!
