I will be fine with 12 jurors and 3 alternitves.
I've been lurking for awhile now but I do have to respond to this. If it really was a private matter, what do you expect? What proof do you require? He is lead counsel, it is at his client's discrection to continue without him.
Appears to be business as usual.

I like to picture her screaming (as she touches a pretend earpiece):
"Put him up, Liz. Put Baez up! PUT. HIM. UP!!"
I don't have a handy-dandy thingy, but my laptop is hooked up to the big screen in my living room by HDMI cord.
So is the pile of crap in front of her to hide the notes she writes.
How is this done? Could you ask your hubby what is needed. I would love to watch this in my sewing roomThanks!
If this PoJ gets through...we will then have the DT's last backstrike and we're back at 11. We have 15 left to find #12. And my guess is MAYBE getting 5-6 alternates...but no way 8 out of 15.
what say you?
I wish AF didn't re-educate each juror after HHJP has already explained it. imo she should have gotten her questions down to 3 at most
You can buy a wire that plugs into your tv and computer - they come in all lengths. If you have wireless, you can get a wireless gizmo. Both available at Radio Shack. They will help you choose, but you have to know if your tv is digital or analog and look at where the wires would connect - older sets have that in back.
sounds like a keeper for both sides
YES! but he is doing it for the transcriber. Is it just me or does anyone else's mind start to wonder because the judge talks too slow?
