will they make a stink about her hearing aide.

Isn't CM hearing impaired?

Someone please correct me if I am mistaken!

The State needs to strike the last juror (the man who was very indecisive about the DP) and move this woman up the ladder. I like her!

She worked in a daycare for about 10 years prior to her job at Publix.

Are you running an Ad blocker?
I have to disable mine sometimes to watch streaming vids

:nono: Please restrain yourselves with the hearing aid/CM stuff that I can hear percolating in all your minds! :tyou:

And here I am behaving myself. :floorlaugh:

10 years working in Day Care....me thinks the DT will use that strike.

I think I like that she has adopted children.

Many would have gladly adopted Caylee.

Has AF ever mentioned remorse as a mitigating factor?
Remorse would be something I personally would consider as a mitigating factor. Maybe she doesn't mention it because KC has no remorse.

To have remorse you have to admit to what you did wrong.

IIRC ICA is indigent - State of Florida pays. Is this correct or am I 'misremembering'?
iirc, HHJP gave them all a $50.00/day lodging allowance during this jury selection process.

Does it count if your remorse is over the fact you got caught??

AWwwwwwww! Did she just say she got "hooted on" all the time because she's not a "modernized person"? No comp etc.

adopted chidren, worked in daycare, a cook, makes arts and crafts

(HUGGGGGGSSSSSSSSSS to this PJ, whom I love so far:) )

When they ask about age I could scream

We had a case down here where a young college student (18 yrs ) was pregnant. She was petrefied to tell her parents. She gave birth on her own, no hospital and then wrapped the baby in a blanket and tossed it into Lake Pontchartrain.....In no way do I approve what she did but I can understand her fear and panic....she was convicted awhile back with lwop!!! Casey was what 21 yrs old, duct taped her childs mouth and tossed her into the back of her trunk. Then threw her away "like she's trash" according to NG. Why would age matter here?????? She is an adult who killed her child...........end of story!

I think JB will have to strike her. Daycare worker. Anyone who has been in contact with little kids on a daily basis is BAD for the DT. As well as being a 10 on the AF's scale. I think she said that because she was thinking about crimes committed against children (as she heard the charges and knows what this case is about.) I think she really meant she would be a 10 for THIS CASE should it come down to it.

JA sure seems enthusiastic about this PJ.

If the DT strikes her, I wonder if it will be 51/49 out of spite.

Nah, it won't be for spite. Not this time.

It will be because she is a 10 on AF's DP scale and she had a hard time grasping the concept of mercy. ;)
