I heard IS talking about how the sheriff could pull people off the street on sat to get more PJ's.
I wanna run to flordia now and hope the Sheriff will pick me.

I think that whether the juror thinks she is guilty or not is not being considered anymore. Seems they are questioning about the punishment. It is a foregone conclusion that she is going to be found guilty and I think the DT has finally figured that out. Now, they just want to know who will give her Life as opposed to Death. jmo

These first two since lunch were ones yesterday that said they had already formed an opinion. Before lunch, LDB suggested HHJP bring them in first to get them out of the way if they couldn't set aside their opinions... I don't think they expected either of them to actually make it.

I'm not so worried about it, there were several others that stated they had no opinion.

Emotionally to determine the outcome of someone's life would affect me. I don't feel I am qualified to judge that.

After paying attention to this case the last few days, I've come to the conclusion that this trial (from a DT/ICA point of view) is simply about saving her life and not so much about guilt anymore. I'm sure the DT has gotten the hint by now that it's going to be hard to find one, let alone 12 that's going to find her not guilty of murder. It's just a question of whether it's 1st degree.
