The judge has not said how many alternates he will decide upon, he has indicated 4 to 6, lets say it is 4, that means DT will have 5 strikes and he can use them with any on the list, the State will have 7 Strikes, so lets say the DT uses all 5, and we have 18 that only gives one strike to the state...Nope we need more PJ's

There's no jury panel coming in tomorrow. No jury panel... no jurors to go through. This is it! Once we are done, I believe the State and Defense will be forced to use their strikes for the 12... once those are used, they will move on to the alternates.

Do you have the number of "potential jurors" who have said "GUILTY" during their questioning in jury selection and have been "DISMISSED" by the Judge for "cause" ?

I lost count, so I was looking to see how much that number has grown since the first juror said it last week. I remember one day of jury selection there was like 4 or 5.
