I'm hoping we get our jury today, but I don't know? We have 5 more potentials to go. Sad we lost that one because even if she was striken, it would have been nicer to have one more. :banghead:

Judge Perry seems to be ready to swear the 12 on schedule though?

What happens if the jury wittles down to only 12, can they proceed with opening statements Monday, or do they have to have alternates.

IS needs to stop with the ridiculous commentary. Talking head saying that Casey seemed to have "compassion" for the woman who caused the outburst. If anything, Casey was taking mental notes for her next grand performance.

I guess they saw something I didn't...there wasn't any compassion for her....none whatsoever...however, she appeared more upset than the inmate on the loss of her child...gee what would be worse? Death of a child or contempt?????

while I was at lunch with mister nurse we talked about hhjp and the crazy lady the whole time!!!

he is getting ready to deploy for the summer so has been home the last few days and watching... and really loves hhjp...

at one point he asked me, "why are you writing on that paper and coloring with pink and blue pencils?" I told him I was keeping track of the jurors and coloring them pink for girls and blue for boys... than he asked me if it was for "websl*ts"... LOL... (I had to use his army email to register and he too thought it was websl_ts!!! LOL....

Oh lordy, I wondered if we'd heard the end of this. LOL

:blowkiss: Love it! I drove my 14 year old nuts all year when a history test covered a Schoolhouse Rock subject. I had bought the CDs when she was small and would get the appropriate one out. Dangit, I forgot to get out Sufferin for Sufferage for her last test.

LDB kinda ran her sentences together on juror in seat 30 AND on 2 potential jurors who said they had formed an opinion - seats 15 and 19 - I think the Judge said they would bring the other 2 in to see what kind of opinions they had already formed.

This just really bothers me for some reason.....IDK...I would think any LE would know better than to engage a PJ in conversation.....if it was someone DT employs, I want HHJP to know and act on it somehow..... the PJ may have been ok if not for the man in black clothes talking to her and bringing it up, i.e di you hear what she said, etc.

If these were LE they would have been using conversation to learn what she heard. Like Yuri did. Not "personal opinions" of the case. The PJ just assumed it was a friendly conversation for her.

IMHO: they try to speculate like "regular" people do, but...

they are not very good at it. IMHO. That is not what they do best, they are on camera...best. I wouldn't want to be on camera...and I speculate. :yes:

I'm not sure what the tally is (18?), but there are only 4 strikes left (1 for D, 3 for SA). So, yes, the jury will seat, but the alternates - that will go on this afternoon and tomorrow? I don't know if the judge has named the number of alternates yet. It's his decision as to the number of alternates.

As the Judge was dealing with the whole matter I thought that ICA looked quite upset, whether it was for herself or that lady I don't know. ICA seemed more upset about that than all the times Caylee has been mentioned by the jurors.

I felt VERY sorry for the poor woman....she OBVIUOSLY has issues....I don't really care for HHJP's decision to hold her in contempt. Sorry...I just think it was wrong and way to go ica you get someone else in trouble! ica strikes again without even realizing it!

Casey is a scaredy-e-cat. She has shown us more than once that she has a great fear of bodily harm. Any expressions you observed from casey were only worry and fear that somebody may harm her.
