This is the PE teacher in his 30,s. Is this the guy who's uncle was a retired Federal Agent and if not him then can anyone remember who that was?

Am I the only one who finds it suspicious that the juror ended up talking to a detective who was dressed in black? Did they take her into the hallway with everyone else and if so, why wasn't she prevented from talking to people? Everyone knows that the pj's shouldn't be talking to anyone about the case - especially right there in the courthouse! I'm very curious about this incident and I hope a journalist follows up on it!

And why didn't they go out and look for the dude and hold him in contempt?? I'm still not satisfied that it was not Jose's private investigator. That guy is a piece of work.

Sometime this weekend - I'm going to go back through and pull everything we have on the ACTUAL jury and put it in one place, but not tonight - I'M TIRED!!!!! It was a helluva day at court sir............................(from movie Overboard). lol

The jurors cannot talk about the case amongst themselves until deliberation, iirc.

I don't know if they can hang out or not otherwise, they get to eat dinner and go on trips, so, seems they can.

My summer will be vewwy, vewwy stressful watching this trial. Do your children like arts and crafts? Books? Yard games? Inflatable pools?

Just wanted to chime in :twocents: (I'm starting to do this more after almost 3 years,lol).

Today while HJP was questioning a potential juror about what she knew about this case, she said something like she remembered seeing a picture of Caylee and when asked what type of picture, she said something like, "a picture of her looking happy." ICA showed no emotion!!!! Can someone please explain to me how your beautiful daughter is dead, someone mentions a pic of her happy and full of life, and your not hysterically crying?

This just makes me sick! Caylee should have millions of beautiful pics, happy and full of life, for many years to come!!!!! I cannot wait until Tuesday - Justice for Caylee!

(off to bed, i sprained my ankle yesterday walking my 2 crazy beagles. unable to work today but able to websleuth... of course ill need tuesday off as well due to swelling, lol)

Well I am glad that our trial is starting Tues,I have to work Mon.But we are leaving after work Mon for a 10 day family camping trip.I had to go out and buy an aircard and car charger so I can keep up on my laptop,but it won't be as easy as being at home.I was told not to watch streaming video all day as it will really use lots of bandwidth and my bill will be huge.Might be limited to an hour a day and maybe an hour on the threads catching up.Also warnings from family"you can't come camping and sit on the computer all day".So I will do the best I can,sure wish I could get out of this trip!Been waiting for a long time to see ICA face the music!

Not sure, she is still showing in Pinellas but someone said in another thread that she was still showing in Orange and then magically appeared in Pinellas (sounded like within minutes). they were saying probably a security precaution.

Just a quick thought, but I am wondering if ICA's newest wardrobe supplier (possibly LF?) will now save us from watching ICA making sock puppets with her sleeves.? I noticed that she plays with them and tugs them down past her hands ( hiding the weapons)

That's what I was thinking... that LF may be the one choosing her clothing, now. I hate the sock puppet thing ICA does with her sleeves. I agree she is trying to hide the 'murder weapons'.

I can't remember exactly, but there was certainly money in there. She may have purchased some bubbly to celebrate the jury selection.

One thing that caught my attention today...don't know if it's been mentioned...was when the State was going over juror numbers at the end there seemed to be a little tiff between JA and LDB. I think it could have had to do with who was going to read the list, 'cause when JA assumed the role, Linda kinda just sat back in her chair and looked a bit miffed. I'm sure by the end of today everyone was getting on everyone else's nerves...except Casey...she seemed to be having a fine time.

I noticed that, too! JA was having some trouble with the jury seating chart, and LDB said "I'll read it." and grabbed the seating chart, then JA immediately grabbed it back and said he'd read it. LDB did look pretty miffed... I think I might have seen an eye roll, as well.. lol
