IMO, the teddy bear was there for Cindy, part of the 'grieving grandmother' costume.

ETA: I do think Cindy is truly grieving for Caylee, it's just, IMO, completely overshadowed by her bizarre antics.

Fabulous opening statements - she is doing a magnificent job. It is the attorney's job to try to do well now... I only hope JB does not do a good job of convincing the jury otherwise. I have seen both sides present very convincing opening arguments in other trials. Pray the jury can discern the truth.

Maybe Because she didn't "put her hands in her back pockets", LDB must have got that little detail wrong. Remember how she grabs on to tiny details to discount what is being said about her.
