What about the notion that the women look at it as a job? I've known a couple that did the job and I can assure you they never felt 'manipulated' or 'used' because they were trying to earn some extra cash.

If it's legal I don't see the big deal.

imo, lots of things are legal, doesn't mean they are moral. Imo, a person can be manipulated and used even if they don't perceive it happening to them.

KC didn't want TonE to look at her car...her father would take care of it.

He never got out of his car at Amscot. KC was already out of her car with groceries in hand.

IMO he's a regular young guy.... just met this girl she moves in w/ him he assumes she is taking care of her kid and it isn't his business HOW that is happening. She is cooking for him, cleaning, etc - TAKE ADVANTAGE why ask questions.... typically kids that age esp guys do not pay attention to details... I have 2 intelligent kids in college of this age and they are absorbed in themselves and their lives

He hung out w/ her, was nice to her, told her his boundaries and left it at that... I think he is slightly embarrassed his judgement was so bad to let him break into something she didn't own and to fast talk him (esp as he is a New Yorker)... that kind of thing but I do believe he is being honest at some personal cost to his ego

MOO

More misleading - that is not a peer reviewed journal, it is one person's opinion. In fact, many consider him a fraud. Consider your sources please

Not to mention he's a diagnosed Psychopath! I, psychopath is Sam

I'll agree his answers may seem a little vague, but it has been 3 years ago. His testimony follows his deposition and also follows the depositions of the other people around at this time. His cell pings also supported this part of the story, IIRC.

I do not think he is lying at all - but I read the depos and am not on the jury. If I were on the jury and didn't know what I do, I might wonder about his honesty and his credibility - I would definitely be put off by his attitude. Remember he's NY cocky and these people are deep south transplants. Don't anybody hit me, but there is a difference in demeanor. :truce:

I agree, you have to understand what kind of lifestyle was present at this moment in time. There are a million things going on in your life, you're a college age kid just having fun and enjoying life.

He just seems nervous to me. I'm not seeing cocky or lying just nervous

That dismissive gasping bit he just did when they asked him what was in the grocery bags... I'm going to have to disagree with you. He annoys me to no end. Although I respect the fact that you are picking up on something completely different.

Just think about Tony like this.....if he weren't trying to help the prosecution get justice for a little girl he barely knew - he would have sold his story, pictures, blah blah blah a looooong time ago and wouldn't have made a credible witness in this circus. moo

"What did the defendant say when you offered to look at the car at Amscot?"
TL: "That her father would take care of it."

Good old dad, huh Casey.

OH!!!! JC Penney evidence now.. with TL?

what does a "stipulation" mean....is that when they have to bring in non-photo evidence that has been verified by a non-SA or DT party?

I hear you - I'm catching a vibe as a midwesterner - and most of the jurors are midwest transplants - but remember there are a heck of a lot of NYers in FL- so probably not unusual to them

I agree with you. I'm a Southerner, born and lived in the South all my life, a 62 year old woman, and I find nothing about this guy offensive. I think he's telling the truth.

I bet he will come back tomorrow. He has to discuss her nightmares, finding her full of sweat. About breaking up with her.

I wish Mr. George had written out all his questions so he could just ask them and not hem and haw so much. I keep dozing off!!! Maybe the jury is too! There is not a good flow to any of this. I am very concerned.

i dont get it

hes not hemming and hawing

you want to see that check out the james ray dt
