Oh goody..another delay while the DT argues to keep the shovel guy off the stand.

JB has a renewable motion about next witness. Ms Frye is objecting to Mr Burn witness, precluding any testimony on shovel.

They say the testimony is not relevant.

Says it poses a 403 issue, noting case law.

Oh course has another objection, another motion renewed - Ms Fryer up to argue in limine - re the neighbor Bryan Burner, and his shovel.
