His depo was just like this. REALLY vague and....just very strange.

I thought that too when I read his depo but I am wondering if ICA was just the friend with benefits and not that emotionally important in his daily life,until Caylee 'disappeared'

I still don't understand why CA is allowed to take notes when she is a witness.

I'm not sure that she's taking notes. Others have suggested that she's doing crossword puzzles. Might be relaxing for her to do so. I usually have a word puzzle book with me when I'm going to be sitting for long periods of time and need something to keep my mind occupied.

Okay why did they not start with June 16 when Casey is caught on video with Tony at Block buster supposedly after her baby had just drowned in a swimming pool. I am getting concerned I dont think that the state is doing well today. First they should have asked the neigbohr if he heard screams on the 16th, now they should have asked Tony about block buster

I would hope that the SA office would go over their witnesses' testimony before they put them on the stand? Are they just relying on them to remember things that happened 3 years ago without discussing with them what they are going to ask?

I suspect he really dodged a bullet too. I know the bella vita was probably supposed to be with him, but he would be under the bus with GA if there was a whisper of hope of such a strategy freeing ICA.
