IDK, it depends if they do not allow prior bad acts. Amy already had her trial in 08. Don't know if she will be called as witness, if she is, then there is no way around it.

I believe she grocery shopped at her parents house (took their stuff)...also, JC Penney, etc., were Cindy's credit cards. She also used checks stolen from her friend, Amy.
