Yes, jurors who are truly neutral or know nothing, zilch about the case, will appreciate this. They should be able to sort it all out during deliberations.

SB w/JB . . . worked in sanitation . . .perfect person . . perfect experience w/garbage & human decomp . . .not perfect . . my experience is enough to know the difference between the two . . .SB towed lots garbage trucks in his day . . .old round cylinder gas cans . . .Johnson's had stash gas cans to lend people to get their own gas . . .old round ones were not common . . .maybe 5 minutes to retrieve gas cans . . .never let anyone back in yard alone . . .5-10 minutes maybe. . . experience smell trash/bodies in cars . . .

JB you would never obstruct justice . . .let a car drive away w/evidence of homicide . . . police impound . . .evidence in cars that you towed there . . this car was evidence . . .never call police . . . even after GA left . . . way SB found out about this . . .car was not towed back to Johnson's but picked up by his company again . . SB noticed this car was evidence when an employee notified him . . it was police investigation . .driver called and said towing that same car to forensics but SB didn't know why . . .couldn't avoid media/news of this case . . . SB didn't witness car was processed by crime scene . . .SB saw whatever broadcast on tv next day . . . police came for a statement on July 24 2008 . . .9 days after this experience . . 8 days media coverage . . .entire country knows a missing child (objection-sustained) SB knew missing child . . broadcast foul odor in trunk . .issue in this case. . . .major source business was Orange Co. Sheriff contract . . . form letter sends out each 4 days insert the names . . .never put down how long a car was at property . . .Johnsons' wouldn't know . . .GA said it was @ Amscot x3 days . . . .A's complaining why not notified . . and $ . . .

GA had keys to car when showed up. . . called the police but didn't give sworn statement until 7/24 with detective . . .discussed things he had heard on tv . . .show testimony recollection . . .talking about garbage w/Det. on 24th told him about pizza box . . either or . . .aware it was there . . .memory bank . . .at the time didn't seem . . . told detective what he remembered @ the time . . he believed he saw pizza box . . could have seen it on tv . . .memory vs. what saw on tv . . .70% sure pizza box was in there . . lots media exposure @ time . . .element of doubt because @ time it was insignificant enough to pay attention to . . .pizza box in garbage bag . . .not as clear cut as JB making it out to be . . . cannot swear 100% he saw pizza vs. on tv . . .
