Forgive me if this has already has been commented on, I have a two year old and a three year old so I can't keep up with the pace of the thread. In the picture of the backseat of the sunfire, I couldn't help but notice that the car seat doesn't look right. The straps are set very low, as if for an infant, not an almost three year old. My two year old is very tiny for her age, and there is no way that she would fit in that car seat with the straps set that low. Now, we had to take car seat installment training when we were first licensed as foster parents so perhaps I am just being nitpicky about the whole thing. Still, even if one were not "trained" about proper car seat installation and so on- doesn't it seem obvious that the settings are too low and not only uncomfortable for an almost three year old but also not safe?
Minor point, I realize. But yet another indication to me that Casey, despite supposedly putting on a "loving, attentive" mother facade, really, deep down, didn't pay that much attention to the things that a "normal" mother would pay attention to.
