Oh God. I was totally wrong on the pictures. Walter Pacheco of Orlando Sentinel is posting them, but it is Red Huber who is the photographer.

I keep thinking of the Seinfeld episode in which Jerry's car is plagued by an apparently untraceable stench and he finally decides to abandon it, hoping that it will be stolen.

To me, it seems like Casey hoped that the missing car would just disappear, relieving her of one more worry.

Oh...I agree. I was just pointing out the discrepancies. Maybe I am confused. I thought Lee was referring to a car that he had seen? I just remembered him being asked "do you remember how the car was parked?" and he said "cockeyed". That word just stuck out to me. Maybe this was a different time?

You might be thinking about one of Lee's depositions. I think someone asked him about the car when it was back at the Anthonys that night. I agree that I thought he said cockeyed at one time, maybe it was then.

I love it LDB is killing the DT's theory that someone planted the body odor while it was at the towing yard. LOVE this woman.

This is not good....TL didn't smell any odor from the car, GA didn't smell any odor from the car, and now the Amscot lady didn't smell any distinct odor from the car and described what she did smell as garbage from the dumpster.

But remember all that talk about dead squirrels? Casey emailed or messaged someone or something that there was a horrible smell in her car. Maybe when Amy testifies we'll hear about the smell. I think Amy heard the dead squirrel explanation from Casey.

Seems to me Casey probably moved the body around quite a bit to unknown locations before finally dumping Caylee where she was found. Or the bags leaked / tore at some point shortly before or during the actual dumping explaining the lack of smell ...strong odor.

The dumpster smell may have been strong enough to cover the smell of the car having food in it and being out in the hot Orlando sun which is exactly why she parked it there.

So the DT is going to argue that Caylee was never in the car? that's ridiculous! they already admitted Caylee accidentally drowned and was dead and would have been decomposing. why can't they concede now that Caylee was there?:banghead:
