I am doing the split screen with the wftv Casey Cam and another that is primarily on the witnesses. However, all the websites seem to be delayed, but by different amounts. So, I am getting Casey's reactions seconds before the witness speaks.

Does anyone know which website is the most closely timed to the wftv Casey Cam?

So WW says KC told him on July 4th that she had a child. That is creepy whether or not you think she drowned in June or she killed her herself. Like inviting that shot girl to Caylee's third birthday party.

I wish the state would respond directly to the opening statement rather than what they thought the defense would be. No one is claiming kidnap anymore, so while I get why they arranged the case this way I wish they would more directly address the "hiding emotions" defense.

Addressing it only lends credence to it. The jury would say, "Hmm...maybe the State does find the Defense story plausible." The State just needs to do what they're doing, get to the experts, and let the evidence lead the way.

Going down other paths, only complicates things, and can raise a doubt about the State's explanation.

Ok...I guess "the family" is going to go along with ICA and her DT?? Lee is ok and Mallory is ok with it?

Because Mallory cried? Mallory could have gotten emotional having to say that despite ICA's team allegations and that is probably why ICA cried as well because she knows darn well what she is saying about her family isn't true. Mallory also loved Caylee and if she believes Casey is guilty that may make her uncomfortable to admit she didn't recognize a problem. All testimonies are given under oath, so they have to tell the truth and the truth is Casey put on an act in front of everyone. Where's the problem?

dont worry about mallory and ICA crying.

darlie routier did the same at her trial when her witnesses said she was an amazing mom and she's on death row.

exactly! maybe is the stress of trying so hard to be a "good" mom that makes them lose it and murdered their kids

Is this sidebar #3? We have only been in court half an hour.... I foresee a lot of drunks on the board today.....sigh...

The boy she had on the wire for when Tony was out of the pic - flirty flirted with him and strung him along they met 4th of July

Thank you! I laughed when he just stated that she "took care of the house" when he was having a party. The more I hear about Casey and men, the more I get the feeling that she was desperate to just move in with some guy and have him take care of her. She didn't ever show any initiative to get a job, yet she wanted to be like all of her friends who were mostly independent and not living with her parents. She wanted that life, but didn't appear to want to work to get that life.

I think Mallory was crying at her/the loss of Caylee not that she's supporting Casey's crazy defense.
