Jury is going to wonder if there was this amazing bond between Casey and her child (Caylee of course loved her mommy and was bonded to her because it was all she knew at such a tender age) but what could make Casey's bond for Caylee break after June 16th? And once Cindy's statement of Casey taking Caylee "on vacation so they could bond" gets entered into evidence, it's all over.

LOL, IMO, JB's opening statement was his 'ambush moment', it fell flat, and what we are seeing from him ever since is 'ugly coping'.

Also pointing out how JB won't have any proof to back up abuse claims

To add to that...If she was such a great mother how could she throw her baby away like trash? No dignified burial...face covered in duct tape, thrown away as if she was trash. A good mother would die herself before seeing that happen. The only special bond ICA has IMO is with the darkside...

See, now thats what he gets...nobody told him to throw a bomb in his opening statements..

JB really could work the videos in his favor by using the "KC's world" theory. He could argue that she was going on with her fantasy life as usual, doing the things most normal people do - shop, go out to eat, watch videos.

IMO, he thinks these vids are damning. Especially if the evidence of KC stealing from Amy is allowed.

All these vids- the jury needs to see.

I have no idea why the State isn't objecting. It assumes facts that are not in evidence.

I'm a layperson knowing nothing about forensics, etc., but is it possible that the State is letting them get away with it because they can prove it was not a drowning?

OTOH.....let him continue to hang himself with the "Caylee drowned on June 16th" line. After the jury hears the whole case from the State, they won't believe JB.

ITA. Also think that's why Mallory was crying. The knowledge that Caylee loved KC so much and they had a special bond - -- and that her death/murder/drowning had zero emotional impact on this "loving" mother. Chilling. Inhuman. Monstrous.

Yes it is exactly from what I can tell that is when she couldn't tell another lie and get out of it.


Remember GA asking her about gas cans then heading to the car to get his scotch (tire stop not booze) and she ran out and got the cans "here's your friggin'(sic) gas cans"

JB is trying to get the jury to believe that ICA is Andrea Yates crazy without entering evidence to that.

If she lived in her own world then she would BELIEVE HER OWN LIES which she clearly does not because she is constantly changing them depending on who she happens to be talking too.

The more he brings this carp up, the more the jury is going to want EVIDENCE of it. Including the whole drowning question. He is going to look like an idiot and a fool when he has NOTHING to give them.
