I don't get it - she gives her license in each Target purchase - did the cashier not even look at the license - not care - was it Amy's license?? Anyone know?? I've never understand that. And dang I missed Mallory. Ok - BOA up next...

I like that they are lumping all the videos together. It has way more appeal that way.

FG: blockbuster video july 15th

HHJP: admitted into evidence. Stipulation. The copy from blockbuster on july 15th 2008 is a true and accurate representation and should be considered as true during your deliberations

FG: may we publish and if it does not work we can show it later?

HHJP: yes

it did not play.

HHJP: next witness.

The State is continuing their case. They are not going to allow the defenses outburst during opening statements stop them from what they started nearly three years ago. The defense has already admitted so much stuff and the jury is scratching their heads wondering why this girl, who the defense says had no job, could shop the way she is shopping. It shows she was not searching for Caylee like she claimed. The defense saying Caylee was already deceased means nothing to the State's case. The defense thinks it should, but it doesn't. They are going forward.

Dang she defrauded bank of america too?

I notice the people in the gallery are restless and some even yawning. I hope the state is not losing the jury with all these videos and wonder if it might not have been just as effective to use the receipts as their exhibits.

You people are living a hard life.

I was thinking, not everyone is a fan of CA but if it wasn't for CA, would anyone know/care that Caylee was missing?

I'm thinking the same thing. What did she do with all that food, where did she keep it???

Young guys will eat you out of house and home. It's amazing how much they eat.

  • #1,060
I'm thinking buying all that food could be at least in part to ingratiate herself. They might not have needed the food, but she wanted to please TL.

yes, and b/c she did not pay rent, she needed to bring something to the table.
