Yeah, I am sure seeing this today, they are fully understanding just how desperate she was. It's terribly sad to believe so much in your daughter only to have these videos bring it to real reality for them.

They're damaging because regardless of whether or not Caylee was already gone (whether due to murder or drowning, take your pick), Casey was lying this entire time period about the whereabouts of her daughter. She also claimed to investigators that she was out searching for Caylee during this whole time.

Yes, but the jury does not yet know that she claimed that she was looking for Caylee. It would be "psychologically" better if jury would know this when watching videos.
