I just bumped up two threads regarding the check fraud case against ICA. Also bumped up the thread about CA's BOA checking account which is an eye opener for anyone to see just how much CA enabled ICA with $$$$.

Did we ever find out how she got back to her house after leaving her car that morning at Amscott? Did she jog and someone saw her jogging? Was that the same morning?

MOO

How do you back in a car that ran out of gas? Or was pushed in by two good Samaritans, which was her story to Tony (i think)!

The DT is sunk with the car... if GA helped as claimed, he wouldn't just leave the car in a random parking lot... it would be in a swamp somewhere.

HINKY!!!
Casey purposefully backed that car into that spot...
BTW...Florida does not have tags on the front plate

Where did the blanket go????????????????

What date is this again (the car was noticed by this witness)?

  • #1,148
Guess she was thinking the dumpster would maybe disquise the smell of the car!!!

I know....:banghead:

So the car did have gas in it right? I thought so but a post I read I thought it implied something else. Just making sure I am not losing my mind. :)

I don't know if it was ever 100% established that it did have gas... George did bring gas cans with him to the towing company when they went to pick it up because it had problems with the gas gauge (reportedly, but LE debunked that) and he assumed it would be out of gas.

IMO I believe CA lied about being out of gas as a convenient excuse to Tony as to why she was dumping the car there. You would think after the gas can incident, he would suggest going to get them and getting more gas...

awwww :( she seemed VERY emotional when she said that there was a blanket in the back seat. Poor lady. She was thinking about a baby blanket and knowing full well why she is there. That would be hard. This lady is wonderful. TY for helping Caylee honey! Your life will be rewarded for your help and honesty! <3

Took the tag numbers and walked around the vehicle to note if there were any notes or anything to indicate a breakdown and coming back. No notes. Inside the car - messy with a blanket in the back. Doesn't remember anything about the blanket.
Called the OPD non emergency to see if it was reported stolen. Not reported. Does this before calling the towing company.
Notified compliance officer who told her to wait one more day. Called Monday, vehicle still there. Called Johnson's towing

CS off on Sunday/29th. Car still there on Mon/30th when she went back to work. Then called Johnsons. Car didn't appear to have moved at all

This is the first we've heard of a blanket in the back seat, isn't it?

  • #1,159
So are we thinking she parked the car near the dumpster so people who smelled the car would think it was the dumpster they were smelling? Hmmm.

Woah, what happened to the blanket?
