when JB asks

anyone think that

Cindy might say

"well, I guess I might have left the ladder up"?

anyone worried about that?

Yeah, other resources?? What other resources are there - this situation is exactly what LE is for.
In her mind, Fusion, Target, Ikea, Blockbuster, and TL's apartment counted as other resources...:loser:

My thoughts on this morning..................

For almost 3 years Cindy believed her daughter was telling the truth, that there really was a nanny that kidnapped Caylee, and that LE, the court, and the media had wrongfully accused her innocent daughter.

Six weeks ago, George and Cindy learned the truth......that their daughter had lied to them and the world in covering up what she did to their granddaughter.

George and Cindy are now hearing those 911 calls and the phone call home from jail from an entirely different perspective. They now know that it was all a lie. So the impact of hearing those 911 calls and the phone call home from jail now hits them with the full force as if it had just happened a few weeks ago.

Reality hit George and Cindy six weeks ago and they're still reeling from that impact.

Wonder what Cindy will do with her feelings of personal guilt?

Take a lifetime to make peace with them. Otherwise they will eat her up alive.

LG..I am helping you bake
I have the oven preheating...
First up the Biscuits..followed by the thwartcakes

Other resources = dialing phone to hear disconnect message, looking for Caylee at Fusion, wing bar, Target, and under Tony's bed, and asking various imaginary friends.

Oh! Meant to ask : Anyone know if Trustfund Boyfriend Jeff, Dad of imaginary Zachary will take the stand to fill us in on his mother's wedding/cancer/cruise?

I wonder if JB is going to bring up CA's medicated state during her deposition to 'discredit' her. Say that she was in "cindy-world" from the xanax or something.

That'll be the most stunning act of cognitive dissonance I've ever witnessed. And ironic at the same time

 ITA.

Cindy is not different. It was always about making sure she looked good. LDB has the questions so that Cindy can look good. Cindy can even add in commentary about stuff. None of the commentary has been truth...okay some of it but most of it makes her sound so calm and rational...

how about all the "I let Casey be a grown woman and live her own life." Cindy was a big BIG part in letting Casey, THIS Casey we can all hear now for what she is take care of Caylee Marie.

I cried for Cindy the first day...because she is good. But she saving her own butt. Those of you who are more tender hearted than I, you are better than I and I offer that it is YOU who are the good people.

Not Cindy Anthony. When Tim Miller and the Gunds say what Cindy did and her actions these three years are Okay with them...then maybe I will think different, but I will still think what Cindy did for these last three years was to stop justice and the truth about what happened to Caylee go forward. And that it was close to evil. :snooty:

:blowkiss: WS

ITA I feel bad for her to see her emotion and can see how much she loved Caylee but at the same time. Beware of the emotion. Cindy also when asked about the smell in the car, she added that because George said it smelled like death being the reason she used the same language when making the 911 report. (paraphrased} I see her still showing she is trying to please her daughter and yet remain as though she is being forthright.
I truly hope she is not being a little theatrical in fear of the DT up next to cross her. Remember she was very theatrical long ago when she appeared on Greta because she didn.t want to answer those hard questions that Greta was attempting to elicit from her.
I hope I am wrong but I remain wary.

I am sure she hates Amy for pressing charges. That bothered me she said that.

That bothered me quite a bit, too, Dr. Fessel -- just thinking about all that Amy, Tony, and all the rest of Casey's "friends" went through. They don't need anymore negativity or suspicion thrown their way.. not even the tiniest comment, IMO. Amy had every right to press charges and CA is just going to have to deal with that. Just because she let her daughter get away with stealing thousands from her, doesn't mean everyone else should.

tell me.. what..just what would have happened if CA didnt muster the courage back then to make those calls?? how far would this horrible being have gone?? IMO... i just dont know.... but this is so sad... and ICA... is I C E.... no doubt about it... this jury may not know all the facts.... but the TRUE emotion and lack thereof, of these key players.... is all, IMO, that is needed.... the only crimes here are the ones her daughter is guilty of and all the cover up was hers alone...these parents just wanted their caylee back.... thats all.... and you can see the rage, anger and disgust from ICA's expressions

I wanna know what kind of mascara ICA is wearing...she's got it on thick and it never runs down her cheeks when she cries. Oops...is she really crying?

Wonder what Cindy will do with her feelings of personal guilt?

i dont mean this to be nasty or hateful

but any nurse who could overlook a seriously pregnant daughter for weeks on end

(if you believe her)

might be able to pull that one off.

IMO
In that Jail call the jury and all watching have been introduced to the REAL Casey Anthony.:twocents:

I was thining that as well, and in part that is in thanks to her having spoken to three differnt people in that call alone.

First we see her harsh tone with her mother. Then we hear her tone towards her brother which was an attempt to garner sympathy from her sibling, where she bashes her mother. Then where hear her, "oh hun" friend voice with the accent.
There were three differnt ICA's in that call. We also see her distain for her mother, her indifference for her daughter when she interupts christine who is saying "your own flesh and blood" refering to Caylee and ICA doesnt even HEAR Chrinstine(christina?). She totally disregards any comment that isnt about HER or TONY.
And lastly we here a woman who only wants her MAN. he is the only one who can help her. Did she ever call TONE? Do we have that convo that followed?

All KC had to do was move out!

This is so true but as GGM Shirley P said, I believe that KC hated CA more than she loved Caylee. Or words to that effect. And KC stated to her brother..I am just a spiteful B----. Truer words never spoken.
Sick and Sad!

I'm not worried one bit. Cindy was obviously very conscience of the workings around this swimming pool. There's no doubt in my mind that she took the ladder down, and knows this, which is exactly why the DT have screwed up with their defense of any kind of accident.

This story reminds me of that old movie 'The Bad Seed'. That evil kid that kills anyone in her way and her mother loves her so much but finally realizes she is a bad seed and is killing people and has no remorse. Everything is about the evil kid. Her mother is so tortured as she begins to realize that the kid is evil and that she needs to do away with her and kill herself too. The only scary thing is at the end, everyone is dead except the evil bad seed kid! I hope that doesn't happen in this case.

I didn't see Casye's tantrum on Saturday, does someone have a link?

  • #378
LOL...I can. He will ask her if Casey was a loving mother? Was she a caring mother? Was she amazing mother? Ok enough im going to get sick now. :puke:

and he will ask
Did Casey ever torture Caylee? Did Caylee ever go without food

  • #379
Yes but the threat of never seeing Caylee again was very real to them. I witnessed this with my own sister. She used her kids against my mother. It is a very scary thing to see. You want to stay close so you can make sure the kids are okay.

I agree. And I can see very clearly that is what Cindy was afraid of, I do see VERY clearly how Casey manipulated Cindy using Caylee. Because Cindy truly loved Caylee Marie. Cindy would have never ever hurt Caylee Maire like that, never. Neither would have George. Or Lee.

I speak of Cindy's bad behavior after she knew Caylee was missing: of not co operating with police and Tim Miller, nor anyone who was really looking for Caylee. Cindy never looked for Caylee. She went into protect herself mode, which was in alignment with supporting Casey's lies.

IMHO.

Yep - After lunch I predict that the DT will again ask for a mistrial!
