IIRC, CA found AH's phone number on the copy of AH's resume that was in ICA's car. AH had given her resume to ICA in hopes of getting a job at Universal.

Everybody wanted to work at Universal! Lol

If i remember she found Amy's resume in KC's "work purse"

I really think KC was gonna vanish once she stole enough money. No one would have been the wiser! She sure stayed off the radar kept her MOm at bay Lied like a rug....

Wasnt she spending it as fast as she stole it?

havent seen it yet... but has ANYONE wondered.. either here or even in court...HOW FAR ICA would have taken this.. inotherwords.. if CA had NOT dragged her little behind out of TL apt.. and pressed and pressed and MADE the calls herself... IMO... there is NO WAY ICA would have said a damn thing!! so... right htere... out of the box.. she had, imo, NO INTENTION of doing or saying anytihng more than what she did wehn first opening her lying mouth.... and what about the abuse??? so abused so much pain... her family is so wonderful...in many of her jail vids.... and pics of her and lee.... no sign or fearful pleas of.... 'get me out of here...cant stand being here... i'm afraind.... let me tell you what they did to me (to the psychs that first examined her as well as psychs in jail)...just nothing... nothing till this?????????? al... of course.. my observations and opinions

the abuse allegaton imo is just a concoction that has come about because of her atty. she would have taken the lies as far as she coudl, but she happened upon an attorney who was willing to play it out. Most attorneys would have urged a plea long before it got this far. These two were made for each other imo.

I thought I read somewhere that the syringe and the gatoraid bottle it was found in did test positive for chloroform but I can't find any documents for this. Does anyone know if this is true?

moo

It was just on Nancy Grace!

they said there were traces of
chloroform in the bottle!

"WE"....as this insane... famous for a minute... social networking.... conspiracing seeking...society we are.. 'WE'... WANT a scandalous 'reason' for ICA's whacked.....well... 'world'.... WHY cant there just be NO reason but HER! that SHE is just another in a long list of NUTS???!! why does there have to be some frickn mystery...something behind it.... someone MADE them this way...why must there be that and not just that the person is just.. well... NUTS?? imo

I thought the state had something like 300 witnesses on their list but today they said they were halfway through after 20, so they are only calling 40ish witnesses total? Am I missing something or do they just not need the other 250 for their case?

While I'm cleansing my soul (heh), might as well also go ahead and admit that, IF ICA were handcuffed in the back of the squad car for the ride to the imaginary nanny's house, that too does NOT sit well with me.

JMO

And there we must part ways soulsister. She was removed within minutes because the officer who did indeed perform that act was informed that there was not enough reason to do so. I feel that should bolster teh SA's case even further that she was NOT in custody. She is placed in handcuffs and placed in the back of a police car and then almost immediately removed as there is NO PROBABLE cause to arrest her.

Any person I know would take that to mean "I am not under arrest. They got nothin on me" And the fact that she continued to spin her lies well after that and continued to speak to LE well after that fact, giving statements, signing them, tells me she knew full well she was not in custody.

Let us not forget, her father was LE. This girl KNEW her rights more than any regular young adult off the street would.

moo and with love. your other observations I find are very in line with my own on this case.

I just can't see what that Juror would argue- gee, we can't find her guilty because the detective didn't smell the car right away?

I absolutely agree with you. But one valid point does not win a case. It's the big picture that counts.

There are going to be days (apparently in THIS case, rare days) when the DT makes a valid point. It is a jurors obligation to consider all valid points when looking at the big picture. I would worry more about this jury if they blindly thought EVERYTHING the defense team argued was worthless.

There is no way that anyone can connect the bottle or the syringe to this. It was in the vicinity , but there is no proof either was involved. It is a non starter, imo.

True but can he make the jury believe him?

I'm with you TL, the only one who would consider themselves in custody at that point is a guilty party.

Maybe this has been mentioned, as I haven't read everything yet, but, I was thinking with the cops around the car and all, sure it smelled bad, but maybe having a whole container of Febreeze sprayed inside the car, it might have altered the smell at that time (being the same day as the Febreeze) so it smelled bad, but, not something they could say, oh wow, dead body smell. As the Febreeze dissipated the smell might of changed. I know Febreeze leaves freshness and all, but, I have never sprayed that much in a small space, and never used to cover up any kind of strong odor, so I don't know exactly what it would do.

Does this make sense? It has been a long day for me and I think I need to rest up and think of non trial things till the morning.

Hugs,
Rosie

That wasn't when she was handcuffed...IIRC it was before Yuri ever got there.

I know that. My point is that you can't argue that someone was at all times free to go, and then testify that the person was (at any time) handcuffed. JB was going for the argument that ICA felt forced to go on the nanny hunt, add handcuffs to that picture and...ouch.

LOL yep! She was.

Was there a guy in Clif she wanted to go see I seem to remember a guy in California!

I think it will be made clear by the SA that they weren't looking for a dead body at that point. jmo

I also tend to wonder how long ICA has been lying and stealing. It couldn't have just started after Caylee was born and she started making up fake jobs...There had to be incidents prior to Caylee where she started doing this kind of thing but CA acts like it was totally normal to believe everything KC told her down to the fake friends and literally baking cakes for them...who grows up to be a lying weirdo? Usually liars and thiefs have done so for some time...I dunno, the whole dynamic of KC's life prior to Caylee intrigues me especially when it all spiraled down and when. And it's not like there's ever going to be a good book about her life like there was for say, Ted Bundy...because you can't get a straight answer from her parents.

Unless, and it's a long shot, the SA has a receipt belonging to ICA that proves she purchased that particular bottle (can they link bar code, etc.)? Probably unlikely, but possible. I've read of cases where LE has linked items back to criminals via purchases they've made.
