Agree. But AF is not here (which is a real blow for ICA). And CM just doesn't seem all that effective.

Also DS is not DP qualified. She is a Civil Lawyer.

Wouldn't they have to be fired by ICA or removed with the ok of the Judge at this point in the trial if they wanted to jump from this sinking ship?

Jose said that the state could "pick and choose" portions of video that would make ICA look bad. Wouldn't the DT, conversely, have the opportunity to 'pick and choose" video clips that make her look good? The only reason he would be so worried about the video is if there are NO clips that show Casey in a positive light, or the prosecution clips are absolutely damning to his case.

He has two experienced Attys sitting at his right hand. Wouldn't they volunteer to step forward if they thought he was not competent?

Their hands may be tied.

I am beginning to think that the reason AL and LKB (for example) left the DT was because of disputes with JB. We know that this is why Lenamon left.

I'm not too worried about GA's reaction. Everyone reacts differently (and I'm not talking about "ugly coping"). Maybe he was in shock. Maybe he was going over the last several weeks trying to figure out what he missed. Maybe he was going into his quiet place because after smelling the car, he knew Caylee was dead.

I think if he did have something to do with this, he WOULD BE reacting, just to throw people off.

I think the fact that he stayed so calm in the courthouse, even when he was being accused of molesting his daughter will help show that his training as a LE helps him stay calm in bad situations.

CM and AF are DP qualified, having previously tried at least 2 DP cases to completion as attorneys of record. DS is not DP qualified. She is a medical malpractice lawyer. AL was also DP qualified.
