I don't get what Mason is trying to do - maybe prove entrapment and supporting ICA's "delusions" but since the DT can't use diminished mental capacity - I don't understand the point of it.

I don't get what he's doing either! They had to follow wherever she led them... they had a MISSING CHILD!

Are attorney's permitted to badger witnesses like this? This man is not accused of anything. He's an excellent witness, I might add.

I just got through watching a trial where the prosecution badgered a defense witness who was a security expert over his facebook settings.

In short, the answer to your question is yes.

Why are they all not taking notes? This case is so crazy and has so many lies and characters, I would think they would all be taking notes trying to keep everything straight! I mean it would take notes just to keep up with who is real and who is an "imaginary friend"!

Probably because they believe all of the witnesses have been telling the truth so far.

SA really needs to impress upon the jurors that this "charade" was allowed to be played out because their was a missing 2 yr old baby.....any and all information in order to find that baby was going to be "played out"

and that it was ICA doing this, not anyone else....and she was doing to subvert and "playing to save her a**". IMO
