Yuri referrs to ICA as Casey, and the defense attorney corrects saying Ms. Anthony.

He first saw her at the gate. She is with Allen and Wells. She is not in handcuffs. They do not have their hands on her. They are in plain clothes. He did not hear them make any threats to her.

They walked up to the gate. They let ICA talk to the security guard at the employee entrance. She said she was an employee but didn't have an id. Guard said computer said she didn't work there. Gave boss's name. Ultimately got in by L. Turtora signing them in. ICA was very convincing that she worked there but didnt have her id.

Just inside the gate they asked her to take them to her office. She was leading them to where she said her office was. They wanted to see where she would take them.

Yuri - ICA was very convincing about working there so the Security Manager let her in. We wanted to see where she would take us.

I believe the SA wants her called Ms Anthony so as to not sound like a child as the DT wants people to believe. She was 22 when this all took place and is now 25 Was and is a grown woman.

LDB seems very stern today. Very much wanting to go by the book. I don't have a problem with that, though. Less for the DT to object to.

JB stipulates he has no problem with the photo being admitted into evidence.

It personalizes her and makes her sound more familiar with the jury.

A lot of prosecutors will only refer to the defendant as the defendant, to remind the jury that she is accused of a crime.

LDB strikes a nice balance of showing her respect, but not being too friendly.
