LDB is showing how hard these detect. TRIED giving her every opp to tell them SOMETHING in order to, at tath time.. FIND A MISSING CHILD..possibly kidnapped!! the PT needs to show they did all they could and gave her free reign with no pressure and she was, at that time.. NOT under arrest...

I don't know why the DT has such a big problem with where they ended up after she gave it up that she did not work there. She was the one that ended it, she could have stopped out at the guard shack, or in the parking lot or even at her home. She was the one who dictated where she was when she told them it was a lie about working at Universal.

I'm nervous and feeling guilty just looking at that hallway. And I wasn't the one standing there lying that I worked there.

Amazing thing, empathy!

State's Exhibit 63 was entered. JB stipulated. Photo published. Photo of the inside of the building ICA took them to - the hallway. Entered double doors and turned left. He showed where she stopped and turned and said she didn't work there. (ICA looking at JB).

YM asked L. Turtora if there was a room they could use. They wanted to know why ICA took them to a place where she didn't work.

He can't recall exactly what he said to ICA at that point. She agreed to talk to them.

MomBomb - you are the bomb with your recaps!!!!

They are showing the conference room. Looks very warm and inviting. A couch, chair.

Now they are showing the hallway! Good to have a visual of it now!

ICA appeared slightly shocked at the photo

Imagining her insisting these "facts" when everyone involved that day knew she did not work there and realizing this girl of her own free will, walked these detectives and the real Universal employee that entire distance until she literally had no place else to go to finally admit to a lie... she really is going to "take this as far as she has to" and I hope the jury soon hears that interview where she admits as much herself.

And in these tapes she admits she lied which means if you recognize your own lie they are not imaginary.

That's a really nice looking room - hardly the view we have of an interrogation room - where's the bare lightbulb hanging from the ceiling and all the cigarette hazy looking smoke? LOL

That looks like a very comfortable room. Not intimidating at all. The defence must be disappointed.

#caseyAnthony Some interesting visuals we've not seen before. Jurors still closely engaged.

Exhibit 64 entered into evidence. JB stipulated. Photo of the conference room. Photo published to the Jury. (ICA talking to JB, then watching monitor)

Photo taken later. Furniture was in different position than he remembered. He recalled the couch being on the other wall and the chair being by the door.

In the room are Wells, Allen, YM and ICA. ICA was on couch, YM to her right, Allen in the chair, Wells on arm. Wells and Allen closer to door.

YM had a tape recorder with him. He taped the conversation in its entirety aside from small talk while entering.

For some reason I always pictured them all sitting around a table in a break room :dunno:

Defense now gonna say that LE, both of them sitting so close to the door, 'guarded' the door' and willed her not to leave?

ICA was not under arrest at that time. He did not tell her she could not leave. She did not say she didn't want to stay or leave. He recalls taking the recorder out and placing it between ICA and him on the couch. (ICA talking to JB).

haha DT!!! you are NOT gonna try and say there is any improper procedure that went on... wait.. you can and will hear it... here comes!!!! woo hooo!!!! finally!!

I bet she thought she could come across a place (cubicle or work area) and point to it and say that was where she worked and make it semi believable.

I love the way Yuri talks to the jury.
