Can someone refresh my memory about the balck garbage bag? where was it?

The A's put some of the evidence in it and gave it to the investigators. The bag came from their home.

I understand what JB was trying to do re: DNA samples. However, the contaminated sample shouldn't mean a hill of beans now that they're claiming accidental drowning.

I agree, but lets not forget that in order for the state to prove murder, they do...

always remember JB asked Juri melich this question:

within the first 24 hours you ignored many warnings from GEORGE and Cindy anthony that it might have been an accident that was being covered up.

first: JB is saying to the jury that GA was asking JM to look closely into what JB alleges was George's cover up story.

second: LDB corrected the record: actually, it was CA and she said that once to a reporter.

So-----JB (sometimes) obviously isn't aware what he is saying when he questions a witness.

Yes! Nice setup with his decomp smell experience. I wish I could see the jurors.

This is typical of any LE agency testifying in a court of law. They're trained to answer any inquiry directly to the jury. What surprises me is the DT makes issue of this. JB may not have much experience with it, however, CM would. Knowing this really surprised me with his horrid cross of the witness he did earlier.

He knows - the whole charade is put on to make the jury think there's something weird about the way they are testifying and that they have been coached by someone (you're supposed to assume the SA). It's a distraction from what was said - you are watching what they do now, instead of what they say. It's a pretty good strategy when you've GOT NOTHING ELSE !! :floorlaugh:

in Puerto Rico thirty fourty times. have to go to cororner to get finger prints.

LDB: did you break the seal on the car when it arrived?

yes I opened the driver side door.

LDB: observation when opened the seal

immediately smelled the odor of decomp coming from the car.

LDB: is the interior portion of the car the first part you began to document and or process?

yes

LDB: what is first?

as soon as I received I photograph the exterior and the interior. Then document what I observe through my reports.

LDB: in connection with your documentation you take notes?

correct

LDB: use notes to make reports?

Too bad Momma Doll could not have been layed to rest with Caylee.

JB has set up the DT to actually try and defend two scenarios with his opening. Crazy. One would have been difficult enough.

AND they also have to "try" his case and make sure he doesn't make horrendous blunders as evidenced by their objections to his questioning into HUGE NO NO AREAS.

The STATE deserves triple pay.

I didn't realize they even test to see if the gas gauge is working. I think the SA has covered all their bases and have done a thorough job with this case.
