The witness is unshakable. She keeps reasserting that the death band cannot be replicated in other conditions, try as Jose might to imply otherwise.

Jose also wants to express that what she does, does not include using what she finds to 100% identify the person and she has agreed again, and again and again.

He is now badgering her saying that she would say something because it bolsters her opinion.

It sounds like the defense is trying to "dumb down" what the expert said in an attemp to confuse the witness and get her to say something inadvertently that he can run with. Cause otherwise there is no sane reason why he would be going in the direction he is going.

JB is glossing over this which is why it appears on the surface he's made an inroad. He's being somewhat deceptive. Hoping that one juror isn't sharp enough to pick up on that.

Yes, it was Ms. Sims that did this during the Frye hearings. I remember her arguing this. I do wonder why she is not, I also feel she is less than pleased with the direction of the defense. I think she had never heard all the evidence about Casey. And did yesterday. I think of all the other lawyers that have left this case and Casey's "dream team." Is she next? :dunno: Dr. Glass even says that Ms. Sims was staying away from Casey yesterday.

And yes, this witness comes across and cool and collected while Jose has been running around like a chicken with his head cut off all morning. I am starting to convince myself that Jose is performing for Casey. Not the jury. Not the judge.

My first question is how can ICA just sit there without blurting anything out? And, let's say she did just start blurting out things...i.e. thats not true...or objection...would her saying anything in the courtroom lead to a mistrial?

Well, it wouldn't be a problem if GA used the car to dispose of Caylee's body. I don't remember anyone saying "how" he did the disposal.

Yes, they can argue that George had access to the car but no one but Casey has been seen using it, it was in her possession.
