Whew. It is SO apparent that the DT is terrified of Dr. Vass...

Also, I am noting that ICA is looking back and forth from JA to Dr. Vass at many points during his testimony. For folks who were thinking she was looking into the gallery--when her eyes are to the right side of your screen, she's been looking at whoever's at the podium (I learned this from a tweet last week). She'd have to turn her head more to look out into the gallery.

The akamai reflector feed has the witness and the ICA cam (although JB is sitting close enough to her that he is in the picture and part of Sims right side).

I missed the last objection as the feeds went out it appears they are at sidebar now. I think HHJP is done with these objections as he has already ruled that this information can come in.

JB & the DT are acting like the equivalent of the class clown...if you cannot understand the subject and it is way over the student's head, the class clown begins to try to distract others from learning. He is trying to level the academic playing field.

When in doubt DISTRACT DISTRACT DISTRACT...until, that is, the teacher...Judge...puts you in TIME OUT.

Dr. Vass exudes a love for his field. I could listen to him all day. I wish JB would quit interrupting the flow of his testimony. Has anyone counted his objections thus far? I think only two have been sustained.

Just a quick aside....I heard TH this weekend (a well respected defense attorney) talk about the inexperience of JB in handling a case of this magnitude, the lack of his handling murder cases in general, and how you need a defense attorney who knows how to handle a capital murder case. The reporter broke in and said that he had talked to JB, and JB told him he had handled many murder AND HIGH PROFILE cases. OMG. Have these people never even googled JB?
