I am sorry if its getting "old" but maybe its because its not a smoking gun, and most people expected more. If you say someone murdered her daughter and she did it with chloroform, you have to prove it, and its not looking good. I am holding out they have more, because I think this is disastrous. jmo

I think the SA couldn't be doing a better job. Day by day, minute by minute and presenting the witnesses accordingly. LDB does have a calming way about her. Which IMO allows the jury to understand the questions asked and pay more attention to the answers. JB seems to be all over the map causing confusion which may be his intent in the long run.

This is a REAL court case, for those who have never seen one before.

Don't get this confused with CSI, Law & Order or a made-for-TV-movie.

They are VASTLY different. Unfortunately speaks to what our society has come to - we need to be entertained or to have our short attention spans stimulated at all times. :banghead:

Very true, but as it stands they aren't putting her on a page with a actual recipe, so factually, its hard to link the two. But maybe they have more?

Who is saying that it needs to be proven that she made the chloroform? What difference does it make how she obtained it? Maybe she bought/stole it. Maybe Ricardo gave it to her. Whatever. What matters is that what she did with it.

I'm not overly concerned with the ability of some jurors to appreciate all of the intricacies of computer/cell phone forensics. Even though some jurors may not understand the technical information, I think there are a few on the panel who have better-than-average knowledge of computers, internet, etc. and can school their colleagues to fill in the gaps. The computer data is just one piece of a large puzzle of evidence.

They have yet to get to the Duct tape. Dr.G. The laundry bags. The Garbage bags. The Chloroform "searches" are irrelevant. Dr. Vass and the FBI have already testified to the levels of Chloroform FOUND. If she HADNT even BOTHERED to google chloroform they still have EVIDENCE of it being in the trunk, and evidence of a decomposing body in the Inmates trunk. And how many other Decomposing bodies has the inmate had in her trunk, if not for Caylee???
