It concerns me that she didn't remember if the phone had a sim card and then had to look to see if the records of the phone and the sim card had the same info. She had to look it up...ugh...how could she not remember that?

Not remembering if it had a sims card reinforces the fact the sims card did not have any different information then phone. Has to do with Caseys claim of switching sims cards back and forth.

My DH attended a computer forensics workshop, in Orlando, with Ms. Osborne. There were many from LE, all over the country there. I believe she has attended, some of the same schools that my husband has at FLETC (Federal Law Enforcement Training Center), Brunswick, Ga.. The last school was SCERS which qualifies one to be a Certified Computer Forensics Examiner and thus, testify in court.

Lots of activity at the DT table, and IMO ICA looks a bit panicked/worried. Definitely a lot more animated right now than the past day of K-9 testimony. She is squirming! I love it!!!

My dad owns a IT forensics company and often has to testify for the FBI, LE, etc... computers don't lie. This is going to be riveting testimony today

So, there WAS no tranfering of info via this sim card? That's what I'm getting from this.

You can choose to store numbers on either the sim card, the phone or both. Casey claimed that she had Zannys number (and other relevant to the case numbers) stored only on the phone that she "lost". Because the numbers were not on the sim card she lost the numbers with the phone..

The camera can have GPS and can give information of where the pictures were taken!
