I never clear my history - on my PC I have lots of anti-virus software running so maybe it does but I never actually go in and delete it myself. I think that the random social user probably doesn't delete history all that much....no?

I do. I run my cache/history cleaner every night. It helps my pc perform better.

Interesting that KC named CA/GA the "Casey" part. I guess she thinks she is a CSI expert. *rolleyes*

I am a little worried this may confuse the jury though. Jose is going to use this to "prove" it wasn't her doing the searches, even though I know it can be proved everyone else was at work. I'm sure the SA will drive that point home but it still could be a confusing point especially for some of the non computer savvy or older jury members.

Anything ICA "says" I automatically assume is a lie. So I'm guessing that's not the case unless CA or GA testifies to that as well.

I have seen a few of these floating out on the internet but I think they will not come in b/c of the prejudicial factor of them. There is one showing Casey performing a sexual act which would be interesting that GA was upset about considering the DT's claim of sexual abuse...

I think it was sleuthed out that, that was NOT Casey. It was a professional shoot for an "actress" that has been indentified.

The key words appeared in deleted space or unallocated space on the hard drive
