You know, I honestly could convict her just for the way she is looking and acting during this trial. I realize that is shallow and I'm ok with that.

Jurors are often surprised to learn, after the trial, of evidence and facts that were withheld. I know *I* was, and I was angry about it, as it could have changed the outcome.

Imagine THESE jurors' post-trial reaction to ICA's demeanor when they review the videos on Youtube and other sources. I think they will be angry to see her laughing and joking the second they have left the room.

Next witness, Sandra Osborne, is a computer examiner! And BOY did she bring a huge file with her! Been working for 21 years with the OCSO.

Has a background of over 700 hours of computer forensic examinations and two certifications as well as other things. But for those who want to know, although this women is insanely qualified at what she does from what she's said, she is NOT a physicist or a chemist.

She seems very alert and bright and personable.

#CaseyAnthony prosecution can't become overconfident. Just bc they had 9 strong days doesn't mean others are assured. Need to stay focused.

I'm with you there! But don't be surprised if the DT uses that in her "favor," when they finally drag out the mental health people who will probably say ICA is divorced from reality and not responsible for her actions. Or some such garbage.
:twocents:

You meant "trash", did you not?

  • #373
This woman seems to know her stuff, this is gonna be good.:woohoo:

  • #374
I think someone is looking just a wee bit nervous......MO

  • #375
In last 4 years, she has conducted several 100 exams - cell phones, computers, PDA's, iPhones, etc.

  • #376
My cousin is a computer forensic investigator - and he says it is crazy the things he could find.

I am ready to hear all the evidence!

  • #377
What's up Baez? Your story is that Caylee DID die in the backyard. Why fight it?

Agree...Not only that but drowned in the pool and GA carried her in his arms. The dogs didn't hit near the pool and the play house is not near. What is he doing???? He should decide on his defense because this makes no sense.

Computer Foriensics Sandra Osborne

This witness may have some good info for the jury. Good thing to have her testify early in the day, when the jury may be more attentive!

  • #379
SO seems very poised and confident as witness, and addresses jury often while answering.

  • #380
She has testified as an expert witness before.
