I think after everyone left the Anthony home on July 17th, GA went out and sprayed that area with a chemical...and now because of him spraying the yard...they can't grow grass back there. that's exactly what I think
The lime that GA used on the front lawn (There are two kinds) when the protestors were there was supposed to be watered in. If he used the same kind and did not water it in - in the back yard, it might explain why nothing will grow, especially if he used too much, it would "burn" anything it touched. HTH

ETA: Plumbers use lime on lawns after a septic tank has over flowed, to kill germs and reduce odor. Here in FL it is required by the health department when a septic tank or drain field is replaced.

LDB: "During those training sessions, do you know where the target odor is located?"

KB: "Some of them we did, some of them we did not."

LDB: "Did you record in writing Bones performance at the specialty, Canine specialty search associates basic cadaver search school?"

KB: "Yes, there should be a section for the school."

LDB: "In that part of the record, would you have indicated whether or not Bones had any false alerts?"

KB: "Yes ma'am."

KB: "Correct."

LDB: "and if he found the target object, finds."

KB: "Correct."

KB: "That's correct."

LDB: "Do you recall Bones performance at that school?"

KB: "Yes ma'am."

LDB: "Okay, what was it?"

KB: "He performed fairly well." Instructor said they saw no problem with his searching ability."

LDB: "Did he have any false alerts?"

KB: "Not that I can recall, no ma'am."

LDB: "Alright, you would have recorded if he did?"

KB: "Yes ma'am."

LDB: "Did he have any misses?"

KB: "I don't believe so. To the best of my recollection, no."

LDB: "You would have recorded if he did?"

KB: "Yes ma'am."

LDB: "Alright. And was he able to find all of the targets that is was intended for him to find?"

KB: "Yes."

KB: "Bones has been trained on human blood. Placenta. Human bone. Human tissue. Teeth. Semen. That's about it."

LDB: "You said that you and bones attended several schools (witness answers in the affirmative) alright, can you tell the members of the jury what the next training school was that you attended?"

KB: "I would have to probably refer to the certificates that I have..."

LDB: "Your Honor, may the witness refresh her recollection as to the order of the schools with the records that she brought with her?"

HJBP: "Yes she may."

(witness thumbs through)

Just not sure what the point of Baez's cross - seemed to be that the cadaver dogs did not search the house?
Isn't he saying Caylee drowned in the pool? Is he saying someone took Caylee's body back into the house long enough for it to show decomp in the house?
What is this about?

YES! I wonder too. I missed the answer to that question. How did she answer?

  • #392
Go go Det. Osborne!

  • #393
I love the pageantry of a trial. SA taking an envelope around to everyone so they can all look closely and say, "Yep, that's an envelope!" :floorlaugh:

  • #394
Get out your ping maps and the threads...

This is going to be a loooong one...I hope that the jury can keep up with it all.
